All fine art boxes are custom made, so please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be mindfully packaged & shipped out to their new homes. Tracking info will be sent via email for your convenience. Please note that Evann Rose is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses that may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. Orders may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to increased shipping volume or weather which is out of our control.

If you live outside the US, please email evannroseart@gmail.com to get shipping quotes for either original paintings or unframed prints. Please note that Evann Rose is not responsible for any applicable duty fees or import taxes which may arise upon accepting your parcel. Duty tax is charged at the discretion of the shipping company and the laws of the country that is receiving the art. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned.
